Request signature

Obtain approvals, define reviewer and observer roles, create templates and serial processes. Have inSign send automatic reminder e-mails and keep an eye on the status at all times. Check the audit report if anything is unclear.

Form editor

With the form editor, you can add signature fields, checkboxes and text fields to the form using drag & drop if required. You can define these so that they are optional or mandatory for the signatory, thereby avoiding returns.

Sign with legal certainty

All signature types can be executed directly in the browser. The signature is legally secure and verifiable. Depending on the signature method, inSign provides a range of information to support the presentation of evidence in the event of a dispute. For example, a detailed audit log, e-mail addresses, biometric signature data and qualified certificates.
