Constant accessibility: blessing or curse?

kwsoft® is a corporate partner in the MAstER study

Many people today are always and everywhere available for their work – is that a blessing or a curse? How to deal with accessibility? The project “MASTER – Management of constant accessibility” by the University of Freiburg and ISF Munich is investigating these questions with various companies from the IT industry – and kwsoft® is one of them. We are happy to support this project because the topic also concerns us and we are interested in solutions for dealing with it. We are looking forward to the interviews, the results and the workshops.

More info is available on the study’s homepage.

The study project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as part of the New Quality of Work Initiative.
