kwcon 2025 – Registration and information

kwcon – The big customer and partner conference from kwsoft®

On November 10 and 11, 2025, it’s that time again – kwcon time! For two days, our major customer and partner conference will focus on practical content, valuable exchanges, and networking with other CCM experts. For the fourth time, Black Forest Studios in Kirchzarten on the edge of the Black Forest will provide the perfect backdrop for this special event.

For many of our guests, kwcon is a fixed date in their calendars. Accordingly, last year’s event was already fully booked months in advance. So be sure to secure your spot now! The consistently positive feedback motivates us to put together another varied program in 2025 with exciting, proven formats and inspiring speakers from our customer base. We already have lots of ideas to make kwcon even better for you!

    If you register for kwcon, you will receive access to our kwcon app shortly before the event. You will receive your login details by email in good time before kwcon. In the app, you will find the program, shuttle times, information about participants and speakers, and information about the presentations.

  • Parking and directions

    Kirchzarten is easily accessible by car and train. There is ample parking available at Black Forest Studios. Regional trains run approximately every 20 minutes from Freiburg Central Station directly to Kirchzarten Station, where there is also a taxi stand. The distance from Kirchzarten Station to Black Forest Studios is approximately 1.1 km.

  • Expenses

    EUR 495 plus VAT.
    Meals, drinks, evening event, and the shuttles we offer are included.

  • Shuttle

    For your convenience, we offer free shuttle buses that run several times between Black Forest Studios, Freiburg, and the hotels in Kirchzarten/Zarten and Oberried. You can find the timetable in the kwcon app.
