Babiel GmbH was founded in 1991 as an independent subsidiary of CONET Technologies Holding GmbH and supports its customers in the development and high-availability operation of digital infrastructures for customer and citizen experience management solutions.


In Babiel’s Customer Communication and Output Management business unit, consultants are specifically certified in Series M/ and M/TEXT TONIC products and bring the experience of converting over 75,000 document templates. Babiel supports its customers in all phases of their Customer Communications project – at selected points or comprehensively end to end – from conception to secure operation:

  • Consulting and architecture services at the interface between business requirements and output and correspondence scenarios
  • Assessments of existing output management system environments
  • Correspondence analyses in the context of new business and output requirements

Operation of Series M/ in a German data center

Babiel focuses on the operation of digital customer communication solutions. Their customers have the highest demands on the operation of their systems. The systems are operated exclusively from Germany. Always compliant with DSGVO, GDPR and completely secure, certified according to IT-Grundschutz of the BSI since 2007. Both the Babiel data centers and the underlying processes and services are audited annually by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). On request, the services are provided 24/7 ITIL-compliant at the Düsseldorf location. This offer is used, for example, by the systems of the federal governments and ministries of Germany and Austria
