10 years of successful CCM at The Techniker
Since 2012, Techniker Krankenkasse has been using the Serie M/ as a central platform for your written customer communication throughout the company. In concrete terms, this means that around 12,000 clerks produce around 100 million pages per year.
As early as 2012, it became clear during the implementation project that a CCM system that provides document creation (M/TEXT) and output management (M/OMS) from a single source offers enormous advantages in terms of performance, efficiency and usability. In addition to two legacy document creation systems, the previous output management system was also replaced.
The fact that the decision for the Serie M/ was the right one was demonstrated not least in 2015 by the largest mailing in the history of the Techniker Krankenkasse: The campaign for the organ donor card, in which 8 million cover letters with the Serie M/ were produced and optimized for shipping.
