Document creation from Salesforce with Q!TONIC
We developed the app “Q!TONIC” together with our partner QKom. The solution complements Salesforce with document creation using M/TEXT, which is the technological leader on the market. Users create quotations, contracts, delivery bills, invoices and many other business documents completely automatically or with guided interactive editing – directly from Salesforce. This is fast, secure and efficient – as they are used to from M/TEXT.

Die Integration von M/TEXT Bausteinen im Outlook Mailservice aktiviert einmal die in den Bausteinen hinterlegten unternehmensweiten Layout-Richtlinien und macht zudem potentiell alle im Unternehmen (rechtlich) abgestimmten Textkonserven verfügbar. Die einfache Auswahl der gewünschten Bausteine, Links oder Anhangdokumente erleichtert die Bearbeitung für den Anwender, erhöht die formale und inhaltliche Qualität des Mailverkehrs und bewahrt gleichzeitig die Mailhistorie.
