As a managed service provider in the statutory health insurance IT market, BITMARCK is driving forward the digitalization in the industry and for its customers with innovative products, solutions and services. The basis for this is the statutory health insurance software standard BITMARCK_21c|ng, which is used by the affiliated health insurance companies. The group’s customers are the company and guild health insurance funds as well as DAK-Gesundheit and other substitute health insurance funds – more than 30,000 employees and around 25 million SHI policyholders benefit from BITMARCK’s IT services, and more than 80 percent of German statutory health insurance funds are customers of the group. With around 1,800 employees, BITMARCK achieves an annual turnover of 369 million euros.
