CCM at it’s best
After a year of intensive development work, the new Serie M/ Release 6.13 has now been launched.
Our goal is to provide our customers with even more precise customer communication – with even easier handling and more efficient operating. True to our motto creating communication.
For our customers who have already licensed version 6, the release is available for free download from the kwconnect customer portal. Alternatively, all customers can test the new release as a cloud version without installation using a temporary account.
Here are a few selected highlights from the new release:
- The M/TEXT TONIC Content Hub editorial system enables specialist editors to easily create templates for customer communication. This relieves the burden on IT and strengthens responsiveness and flexibility in the market.
- Instant Template Testing takes you from template development to the test environment with one click – that’s how efficient resource maintenance works!
- Mobile First! Responsive Layout lets you design both page-bound and responsive layouts in a single template.
- Usability for Output Managers. Define individual output processing and reuse it at any time.
Of course, that’s not all … the M/ series can do much more.
