Documents created with the Serie M/ can be signed electronically with inSign
The electronic signature is quite easy
By integrating the inSign solution into Serie M/.
The process is quite simple:
The agent accesses the necessary documents from the customer online and has them signed by the customer. Directly on the tablet or smartphone.
The documents are transferred to the contracting parties in encrypted form and, in addition to the visible signature, contain biometric data that makes the declarations of intent conclusive. Depositing the information required for decryption with an independent trustee makes the process secure. inSign and the associated apps are certified by TÜV Saarland.
inSign was developed by Intelligent Solution Services AG – iS2, an IT service provider specializing in the financial sector.
