At Adam Riese, customer communication and insurance-related processes are exclusively digital. All correspondence – from quoting to claims processing – is generated exclusively digitally with the Serie M/. There is no mail route, no paper documents. And the concept is working: The number of deals is growing, and thanks to the scalable and flexibly configurable infrastructure, the offering can be expanded rapidly in 2018.
