Cloud Integration
Connecting the Serie M/ and M/TEXT TONIC quickly and leanly is essential: together with kwsoft®, IKOR is developing and expanding an integration platform for all core customer communication management (CCM) functions. The System Integration Platform SIP is used for this: SIP is a cloud-native integration platform and is based on an open source framework. It integrates software products into existing application landscapes in a standardized way. In terms of technology, the platform connects all systems involved (from SAP and Salesforce solutions to specialist applications) with the Serie M/ or M/TEXT TONIC. This enables structured, stable and scalable integration.
Transfer all your system data to the new output format
To do this, the SIP “translates” all system data – for example from the format of the legacy CCM system – into that of the Serie M/. The system data to be translated can originate from a DOPiX or any other CCM system. With format translation, all relevant information can be processed end-to-end. The Serie M/ is therefore seamlessly integrated into your system landscape.

IKOR uses its expertise in various integration scenarios and the connection of legacy systems and standard solutions – based on software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, data migration and orchestration as well as system-agnostic, lean microservices – to achieve greater leverage.
