Insured correspondence
Integrated document creation with the specialized application PK/S, word processing, output management with batch interface to the archiving system. Operation under Citrix Metaframe with Oracle as DBMS. M/TEXT CS 6 and M/OMS 6 from product generation 6 have been in use since 2011.
Insured correspondence is printed immediately on online print stacks, on various paper types (logo paper, forms), and are considered via the integrated printer tray control. The output process converts the documents to be archived to PDF, where it simultaneously generates a control file with the necessary indexes and transfers the documents to the batch import of the archiving system. Mass mailing is output via corresponding batch batches and archived according to the same principle.
